MAIL IN VOTING

If you are eligible to vote in the Municipal Election and wish to vote by this method, you are required to fill out a Voters Registration Form and Poll Book and also Declaration of Person Requesting Mail-in Ballot.  These forms must be submitted to the Returning Officer at the RM of Duck Lake Office, Box 250 Duck Lake, SK  S0K 1J0, 209 Front Street, Duck Lake, Saskatchewa no later than October 19, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.

The forms can also be rreturned by email to rm463@sasktel.net

Mail in Ballot Kits will be provided to registered voters after they have completed and submitted both forms to the Returning Officer.

Voters who register to vote by Mail-in Ballot will not be eligible to vote at the Election Day Poll or the Advance Poll.  Mail in ballot kits will be provided to the registered voters prior to election day.
